A FinOps Apprentice will gain experience working at Pollenizer in the following areas;

  • Corporate governance
  • Legal, including the delivery of due diligence processes for investments or exits.
  • Financial accounts including payables and receivables as well as cashflow
  • Operational and Financial Cloud Computing
  • HR, Payroll and employment legislation
  • OH&S Policy and Practices
  • Capital Development support including documentation for early stage startups

What does the FinOps Team do for Pollenizer?

The FinOps team is responsible for the design, planning and implementation of the company structure of the Pollenizer businesses, as well as providing support to the broader Pollenizer vision. The Team provides accurate financial records, appropriate documentation in relation to employment, services and governance in line with current legislation for the whole Pollenizer Group, EA support to the directors of Pollenizer, management of the Pollenizer office and the development of Team Talent. The team is the operational torch-bearer and knowledge repository for compliance, legality and team happiness within the immediate Pollenizer ecosystem. As such, the FinOps team often acts both as an advisor and influencer on strategic planning decisions, as well as broader talent and financial initiatives.

The team provides FinOps commercial services to Pollenizer portfolio companies and associated startup businesses.

As a member of the FinOPs team you:
