Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Pollenizer HQ in Surry Hills
Purpose of the Role
The Business Development Manager reports to the CEO of Pygg Pty Ltd and will work across the organisation to facilitate the identification and delivery of business development opportunities consistent with Pygg’s strategic and commercial plans.The role will have particular responsibility in the following areas:
1. Commercial Partnerships
2. Business Development and Marketing
3. Brand Development and ManagementKey Skills and experience
  • A proven and impressive start up track record.
  • Talent for sales and customer conversion.
  • Experience of selling digital products & services.
  • A passion for digital and the determination to quickly.
  • Expert knowledge and experience of effective digital products and services is a must.
  • Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Stakeholder management and investor relations. Investor network preferable.
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly – and
  • distil the most important/relevant information to build intelligent sales strategies for businesses of all sizes.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task. Start up mentality.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under high pressure.
