• Are you a strong founder with a big idea in your area of domain experience, some investment capital and at least two days a week to work on it (can be partly outside of work hours)?
• Are you looking for an experienced co-founder to invest time and money in exchange for a serious equity stake?
• Is the idea for a web business? (we want you from day one i.e. the idea should be at the ‘back of an envelope stage’)
• Is your idea commercially focused? (not ad driven)
• Does it have potential to be a big success? (doesn’t have to be global, just big enough to justify the hard work and risk)
• Are you located in Sydney?
