Telstra is partnering with Pollenizer to deliver Appiness, a hackathon for people who love to build and make a difference.
Designers, engineers, entrepreneurs and anyone in between are invited to gather for two and a half days of hacking, hustling and creativity. With the aim of making brand new apps for chosen Not-For-Profits (NFPs) to solve a real problem they face.
The hackathon will commence on Friday evening (24th May) with a pitch for help from the NFPs. The next two Saturdays (25th May and 1st June) and anytime in between will be spent on building the app.
The teams will be mentored by leading figures in the Australian startup and digital industry including CEO of Ninemsn Mark Britt and ex-Spreets founder Dean McEvoy.
