The World is Flat
Thomas Friedman said ‘The World is Flat’. It certainly is for Pollenizer.
Here’s my ‘office’ on Sunday.
We were meeting with Mixin in the Swiss Alps. Mixin is a Swiss company we recently invested in and to augment their team with the Pollenizer squad. Mixin will help you manage your crazy social life and we can’t wait to start rolling out the new site.
Two days later, the ‘office’ moved to Trivandrum in Kerala, India.
Here, I am working with our off-shore team to further refine our processes and continue beating the expectations of our companies. I am really proud of the team. It is creating a really tight agile software development process which works across cultures and hemispheres. I’ll try to convince @Bruno or @Jon to tell you more about what we are doing.
This month we are working with companies in Australia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland and we’ve been meeting a global community of interesting people in New Zealand, Argentina and UK. I’m so excited I could burst.
And we have a big announcement coming up about Europe soon. Watch this space.
