When you partner with Pollenizer, you get what we call an elastic team – which is at the heart of what Pollenizer does. We work with companies to figure out where they have gaps in expertise, then we fill them with a team web veterans across technology, marketing and business.
This team can expand and contract as the business needs to manage growth and cash-flow runway. For example, at the start of a project a business may need a couple of days a week with a globally experienced marketing director to focus the strategy. Then the marketing team might step out and a product design team step in. Following that, an engineering team may build out the product and platform. When the product is ready, the marketing may step back in and start working on customer acquisition.
