What We Do

• Scope – Decide with you what needs to be reviewed. Is it just the technology, or is it the strategy and marketing as well?
• Review – We look at your product with fresh eyes. Spending seven days a week pouring your energy into your company can give you ’startup blindness’. It is hard to have veja de, seeing something familiar for the first time.
• Homework – We read up. Code, plans, documents, sketches, blogs, wikis and anything that will reveal to us where you are and where, perhaps, you should be.
• Teamwork – Then we meet with your team as a group and one-on-one. From all of you, we want to find out how you think, what you’re focused on, what you think the company wants you to be focused on and what you think you should be focused on. This will give us a a good idea of how strong the team alignment is and what is really going on in your team.
• Pollenization – We’ll put together some rough ideas and share them with the rest of the Pollenizer team for feedback.
• Action list - With the feedback, we’ll polish the document off with a big focus on; what is the bottom line and what should you do right now.
• Walk through – We get together with your team and together go through the action list, discuss the implications and agree on the top priorities.
• Follow up – after we finish up, we don’t disappear. We stay in touch, keep answering questions and help you stay focused.
