Biography

Hello I’m Eduardo!

I’m a Business and Marketing Manager with over 12 years experience across strategy, business, design and user experience. I joined Pollenizer in late 2009, and am proud to be part of such a talented and dedicated team.

I love working in digital because of the opportunities to improve the way we work, learn, communicate and share with others. I’d like to make the world a better place through digital.

Having set up two of my own online retail websites I understand the passion required to be an entrepreneur. I value the importance of aligning capabilities and resources, and creating value for the customer.

In 2007 I completed my MBA, learning many invaluable lessons along the way. When I approach a project I like to ‘think forwards and reason backwards’. It’s essential to be as many steps ahead as possible to ensure you don’t end up in a dead end street.

Prior to Pollenizer I worked at Hyro on key accounts such as Telstra, ABC, Rabobank, Intel and News Digital Media.

When I’m not motivating my team with positive energy, I enjoy sharing fine food and drinks with friends. I also ocean swim because it challenges me on a physical and mental level.
