Hi I'm Claudia! I'm the Pollenizer Office Manager.

I'm a team intelligence professional with change management experience and a robust human resources background across web, creative and telco.

My previous experience at Tribalise showed me how small changes can have a huge impact on a business. I now help businesses find the right mix of people, get them on the right track and keep everybody happy.

The buzz of Pollenizer is incredible. I love that I get to use my whole brain and I'm on the go the entire time. Every day is different. It's literally impossible to be bored working here. Working at Pollenizer is not a job, it's a way of life. It's a safe place to test your abilities, make mistakes, learn and grow. The learning curve is steep but exhilarating.

I'm obsessed with human behaviour, the economics of decision making and the irrationality of motivation. I love finding out what makes people do what they do.

I'm a big reader. When not organising the Pollenizer Hive I'll be deep in a book about behavioral economics and game theory - anything really as long as the book has a high heel on the cover! I'm also involved with Project Futures, a charity that raises awareness for sex trafficking.

On weekends I take looooong walks to clear my head, go on food safaris to escape cooking, or hang out with my imaginary cat Coco!
