Hi I'm Clare
I first heard about Pollenizer over dinner with neighbours where I was introduced for the first time to Phil, by the end of the main course I had offered to take a look at the MYOB file to check that Phil had set it up correctly! After our second meeting I was employed to take care of Pollenizer’s bookkeeping 1 day a month, now 18 months on I am employed in the full time position of Office Manager.
My background has always been an accounts/admin role from office junior, purchase ledger to stock control for a large confectionery wholesaler back in the UK before the days of computers using accounting card file systems. I moved on to maintain the fixed asset register for Bass The Brewery before heading down under 15 years ago. Here in Oz I have gained experience in Payroll for up to 100 employees using Powerpay, OH&S polices and claims, P&L, BAS and cash flow using MYOB Premier and Accounting Plus.
At Pollenizer we have moved into the Cloud for our bookkeeping and CRM using Sassu and Salesforce both of which are excellent online solutions for any business.
When I’m not crunching the numbers I love to getaway to my caravan by the ocean and walk my dog around the rock pools, catching up with friends over a glass of red.
