- We really want to understand what you're trying to do, otherwise we'll probably do a bad job.
- We DO get our hands dirty doing work. Low level too, if it's needed to get the job done.
- We only do long term work. We know this might start small, but we don't really want to do just bits. We want to work with you as you evolve.
- We can work very quickly. We have teams and experience to respond quickly to big opportunities and big challenges. Again, this should be with a view to a long term relationship.
- We will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. You may not like it, but if we both agree, one of us is redundant.

- We are NOT a web development company.
- We are NOT even an application development company. We will build applications only if we drive the strategy behind them.
- We do NOT take full responsibility for the company behind the products. We will not raise funds (although we will assist) or work for free (although we will trade fees for equity on occasion).
- We are NOT a contracting firm. We don't just slot in resources as needed. We'll only work when there is a strategic relationship.
- We are NOT a consulting firm. We don't do hourly rate work, submit reports and then leave the team to it.
